The article is states that AI learning is a good thing, but companies shouldn’t rush it just to say they’re “doing AI.” Instead of expecting everyone to become AI experts overnight, the focus should be on helping people feel comfortable using AI in ways that actually make sense for their jobs.

La uso para documentarme mejor, para encontrar fuentes que antes me habría costado más tiempo localizar, para que agentes configurados por mí y bajo mis instrucciones busquen artículos que puedan ampliar o contrastar lo que estoy pensando. La uso para revisar ortografía y gramática. La uso, en ocasiones, para que otro agente, entrenado con mis propios artículos, me sugiera pequeños ajustes de estructura o me señale puntos débiles, basándose en la comparación con mis artículos más exitosos o con más lecturas. Estamos en tiempos en los que un escrito bien estructurado, sin errores ortográficos, con líneas de pensamiento elocuentes y con temas que muy pocos plantean... ya se considera como un escrito realizado con IA. Mi primer artículo de blog lo escribí en 2008. Yo utilizaba las tecnologías de ese tiempo para plantear nuevos temas, definir conceptos, conversar con otras fuentes, validar mis ideas, presentar datos reales, citar autores y exponer mis puntos de vista. Llevo más de dos décadas pensando dentro de las pantallas y escribiendo en pantallas. Y eso nunca afectó mi cerebro. Yo me preparé para leer y escribir en papel impreso, así como en otros medios de soporte. En esos escritos hay errores de todo tipo. Si tomara mi primer artículo de blog (2008) y lo procesara en un detector de plagio e IA, de seguro que marcaría un alto porcentaje de automatización.
