The U.S. Advanced Distributed Learning Initiative (ADL) has historically emphasized interoperability in decentralized learning ecosystems, supporting such things as the Personal Assistant for Learning (PAL) and Open Social Learning Models (OSLM). Similar challenges are being faced in the wider internet community. Developers have responded with new approaches supporting decentralized networks, such as open social applications (for example, micropub), distributed ledger technology (for example, blockchain), and cloud container networks. These will support new learning application such as virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and personal assistants. This presentation will provide an overview of this emerging infrastructure, describe key points of contact with training and development services, and outline the impact on future learning programs and systems.

L'idée est séduisante de prime abord. Belle intégration dans la nature, dimension collective et individuelle, partage de valeurs, il y a du paradis retrouvé dans ce projet. Pourtant, une autre impression s'en dégage aussi, celle plus désagréable de l'entre-soi, véritable venin de notre "dyssociété". Car il y a une forme de retrait du monde commun, de fonctionnement grégaire digne de ces "gated communities" qui interdisent toute mixité sociale, mixité de valeurs. Les réseaux sociaux facilitent le regroupement de personnes se ressemblant, polarisant fortement la société qui sait de moins en moins débattre sans tomber dans le conflit, l'invective. "Tu ne pense pas comme moi = tu es mon adversaire" est la base du communautarisme largement dénoncé aujourd'hui, mais que ce genre de projet contribue à renforcer. La dénonciation du communautarisme serait moins nauséabonde si on en dénonçait toutes les formes…

Il y a deux phases à mettre en oeuvre.
1. Permettre aux personnes avec un haut potentiel et autres zèbres (voire Millennials) de connecter la confiance en leur propre pouvoir dans leur for intérieur
2. Apprendre aux managers et autres encadrants à  accueillir tout ces potentiels source d'amélioration et de disruptions salvatrices
