"Most platforms today personalize within individual components, but the real opportunity lies in architectures that treat learning as a continuous feedback system. You can also anticipate that AI will move away from acting primarily as an answer engine and toward functioning more like a coach, proactively surfacing questions, guiding practice and helping learners connect concepts across domains."

"GenAI is not equally useful in every mode or at every stage. Sometimes, it is extremely valuable as a support tool. Sometimes, its real value lies in critique. And sometimes, the best thing it can do is step back while the instructional designer does the hard thinking without interference."
Via Laurence

"Measuring behavior transfer requires comparing what employees do on the job before and after training—which means pulling data from performance management systems, CRMs, operational dashboards, or direct manager observation records. None of that data lives in the LMS."
