This #news about #airline industry use of #technology to enhance the #customer experience was absolutely worth reading and sharing. Impressed with Virgin Australia's in-flight entertainment that provides passengers with more than 300 hours of #entertainment streamed to their devices. I loved the comments by Virgin Australia CEO John Borghetti about always looking for ways to improve the in-flight enterainment and to stay ahead of the game.
