How to use Moodle for paper and pencil – offline quiz?

How to use Moodle for paper and pencil – offline quiz? | Education 2.0 & 3.0 | Scoop.it
Moodle Quiz engine is one of the best among the all available learning management systems. You can customize Moodle quizzes to meet all sector specific requirements from small individual students to large universities, from STEM to language and music teaching etc. But have you ever need to use Moodle for offline quizzes?

For example, let’s assume that you want to assess large number of students on same time. Creating hardware infrastructure for such an exam can be costlier affair. What if you can take the exam offline like on paper & pencil and then grade them in Moodle? Like this you can assess a large number of students in a short span of time.

To support offline quiz, there is a Moodle plugin – “Offline Quiz“. The Offline quiz Moodle plugin adds paper-and-pencil multiple-choice quizzes to Moodle. The offline quiz plugin is developed by Academic Moodle Cooperation and is compatible with all stable Moodle versions till Moodle 3.2.

Meta just killed the Creative Industry: The 2026 automation apocalypse

Meta just killed the Creative Industry: The 2026 automation apocalypse | Education 2.0 & 3.0 | Scoop.it

Meta just announced something that will destroy millions of Creative Jobs by 2026 - and it's happening faster than anyone expected. This isn't about factory workers or drivers. We're talking about graphic designers, copywriters, marketing agencies, and anyone who makes a living creating ads.

In this video, I break down Meta's official roadmap for complete creative automation and reveal the three-phase pattern that will reshape the entire industry:

[Phase 1] 2025: The Creative Cliff
- AI agents handle routine campaign optimization
- Simple ad creation becomes fully automated
- Creative agencies start massive layoffs
- Freelance demand plummets

[Phase 2] 2026: The Mass Replacement
- Complete creative automation goes live
- AI outperforms 90% of human creatives
- Marketing agencies pivot or die
- Creative director roles become extinct

[Phase 3] 2027: The New Reality
- Only top 1% of creative talent survives
- Traditional agencies become historical artifacts
- Creative work becomes pure commodity

Behind the Clicks: What LMS Data Is Really Telling Us About Online Learning

Behind the Clicks: What LMS Data Is Really Telling Us About Online Learning | Education 2.0 & 3.0 | Scoop.it
“You can tell when a student is lost in a classroom. But can you tell when they’re lost online?” That question has stuck with me ever since I started studying online learning patterns in graduate education. In a traditional classroom, instructors rely on visual cues—blank stares, confused expressions, or raised hands—to gauge whether students are […]

"The best AI counterstrategy, however, seems... to be hyperlocalized assignments that require offline reporting or research. If this can be realized, it appears to be the most direct way to beat the machines without making things harder for us instructors or unnecessarily laborious for students."

"LLMs aren’t just tools to be queried, they’re a new computing medium, one that we’re only beginning to understand. Just as GUIs, the web, and mobile interfaces reshaped design in past decades, LLMs demand a rethinking of how intelligence lives in our products, not just what it says, but where it sits, how it’s triggered, and how it guides the user."
