Au 2e trimestre 2026, les laboratoires pharmaceutiques en France utilisent LinkedIn comme un véritable média d’influence sectorielle.
C’est l’un des grands enseignements du nouveau Baromètre #BeyondTheScore du 2ème trimestre 2026 dévoilé par LauMa communication et Buzz E-santé consacré aux usages social media des laboratoires pharmaceutiques en France.
La tendance est nette : moins de posts isolés, davantage de séquences éditoriales. Moins de communication descendante, davantage d’incarnation. Moins de discours générique sur l’innovation, davantage de preuves concrètes.
Investissements industriels, accès au progrès thérapeutique, IA, production, attractivité, parcours de soins, souveraineté sanitaire : LinkedIn devient un espace où les laboratoires ne parlent plus uniquement d’eux-mêmes, mais de leur rôle dans la transformation du système de santé.
La plateforme sert toujours à recruter. Mais elle sert aussi à expliquer, rassurer, mobiliser et influencer.
C’est un changement important : LinkedIn devient un canal stratégique de réputation active.

Mais les études PISA et PIAAC révèlent que 50 à 60 % de la population n'a pas de capacité de déduction ou d'abstraction. Votre article littéraire et compliqué coupe d'emblée la moitié de vos lecteurs potentiels.
📍𝗟𝗮 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲́𝗼 𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗲, 𝗽𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗿𝗱. 77 % des personnes interrogées par le Reuters Institute consomment des vidéos d'actualité en ligne. C'est en partie une réponse à la difficulté de lire - et à l'accélération du flux. (Et sans doute, un facteur d'accentuation du problème, oeuf ET poule).
📍𝗟𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘀'𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲. Sur Influencia - média B2B instruit - la durée moyenne de consultation d'un article est d'environ 1 minute 15. Il y a vingt-cinq ans, on était à 1 minute 30 à 2 minutes. Le delta semble faible. Ses conséquences sur la compréhension, elles, sont massives.
📍𝗟'𝗲́𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰̧𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗷𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗲𝘀. Une méta-analyse de 46 études (Clinton-Lisell, 2022) le confirme : dès qu'il faut déduire, relier, interpréter, la lecture prend l'avantage sur l'audio. Le lecteur contrôle son rythme et peut revenir en arrière. Le consommateur de vidéo/audio, non.
📍𝗖𝗶𝗻𝗾 𝗿𝗲̀𝗴𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲́𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. Sujet-verbe-complément. Information avant contexte. Titre qui donne déjà du contenu. Chapô court. Chaque paragraphe apporte une info nouvelle - sinon le lecteur décroche. C'est la progressivité verticale de l'info.
📍𝗟𝗲 𝗷𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝘂𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲́𝗲. La connivence par les anglicismes agace autant qu'elle fédère. "Pain point", "street cred"... compris en agence, invisibles ailleurs. L'entre-soi suscite plus de rejet que d'adhésion, hors des murs du bureau.
Écrire simplement n'est pas écrire bêtement. C'est écrire pour être lu, vraiment. Et dans un flux qui s'accélère, c'est la seule façon de peser.

An old Chinese farmer just dismantled 200 years of Western philosophy in one sentence.
The bullet train glides into Bijie station. A generation ago this place was hell: mud huts, constant hunger, no doctors.
An old man with a weathered face leans against the wall. His granddaughter is now studying medicine.
I could not resist and ask him directly:
„What do human rights mean to you?“
He looks at me like I've asked the colour of the wind.
„My first wife died in childbirth. No doctor. We were hungry every single day. Now my granddaughter can breathe, learn and live. That is my human right. Not your fancy words on paper.”
His answer touched me and I stayed silent.
He did not talk about philosophy, nor politics. Just about his life.
While the West obsesses over free speech and democracy, 800 million Chinese still remember what it means to starve.
For them, development is the ultimate human right. Everything else feels like luxury talk from people who've never missed a meal.
A Chinese reader mentioned to me recently.
She owns Chanel bags now, she said, but
40years ago a bag of peanuts was a luxury.
30 years ago, her first chocolate.
20 years ago, a Starbucks coffee meant having arrived. In those times, she said, development truly was the first human right.
Two generations and 1 quiet conviction.
When you grow up with these stories, the Western framing of human rights – individual freedom as the highest good – starts to feel like an answer to a question nobody asked.
And yet the question doesn't go away:
Is China's focus on collective development a legitimate alternative model for human rights, or just authoritarianism with better PR?
I've explored this question in depth in my latest article – through Hobbes, Arendt, and three distinct currents of Chinese legal philosophy.

Google has unveiled SymptomAI, an agentic system for diagnosing illness in patients.
This work tackles one of the biggest obstacles in Health AI today, and shows what's coming down the road.
In the Fitbit app, SymptomAI performed end-to-end interviews with 13,917 participants and made a diagnosis. Its predictions were checked against self-reported clinician diagnoses from a subset of the participants. SymptomAI outperformed three independent board-certified physicians working from the same interview dialogue (73% vs 60% top-5 accuracy).
Even more interestingly, they then used SymptomAI's top-1 diagnosis (~400 unique conditions) for all participants and compared it against 500,000 days of wearable data. They found significant correlation between a variety of AI diagnoses and users' biosignals. While fraught with risks that need to be managed, this sort of bootstrapping may be a critical step towards developing the volume of data necessary for robust diagnostic systems based on sensor data.
SymptomAI is aimed at one of the most significant barriers in Health Foundation Modeling: high quality medical labels. Self-supervised learning on sensor data only gets you so far without medical targets to predict against downstream, regardless of model power. A few weeks ago, Google's SensorFM ran into this exact barrier: a trillion minutes of data from 5 million users, but only 14 thousand users with medical labels.
This also points at a fundamental reordering in healthcare: early diagnosis and triage performed via automated systems at the patient's convenience. No more waiting until people feel "sick enough" to visit a doctor. Access to diagnosis for those currently without. Although Health AI may still be in its early days, the shape of what may come is starting to grow clearer.

How to understand what happens after you click “Submit.”
Many researchers think submission means the paper goes straight to reviewers.
It usually does not.
Before peer review, your paper may pass through:
• technical checks
• formatting checks
• plagiarism screening
• editor screening
• scope assessment
• contribution assessment
This is where many papers are rejected early.
Not always because the research is bad.
- Sometimes the submission is incomplete.
- Sometimes the journal fit is weak.
- Sometimes the does not follow author guidelines.
The publishing process usually moves through:
1. Choose the right journal
2. Upload complete submission
3. Pass editorial checks
4. Enter peer review
5. Respond to reviewers
6. Receive editorial decision
7. Complete proof stage
8. Final publication
The rule is simple:
Do not treat submission as the final step.
Treat it as the beginning of a new process.

🧊 Ce que nous voyons d'une culture n'est peut-être que sa partie la plus superficielle.
Lorsque nous parlons d'une culture, nous pensons souvent à sa gastronomie, à sa musique, à sa langue, à sa littérature ou à ses traditions. Pourtant, ces éléments ne représentent que la partie émergée de l'iceberg.
Le modèle de l'iceberg culturel, proposé par Edward T. Hall, nous invite à regarder plus profondément.
Sous la surface se cachent des dimensions invisibles qui orientent notre manière de communiquer, de penser et d'agir : notre rapport au temps, à l'autorité, à la famille, à la justice, à la politesse, à la religion, à l'éducation, ou encore notre façon de gérer les émotions, les conflits et les relations humaines.
C'est précisément cette partie immergée qui explique pourquoi deux personnes peuvent parler la même langue... tout en ne se comprenant pas vraiment.
En didactique des langues, cette représentation nous rappelle une idée essentielle : enseigner une langue ne consiste pas uniquement à transmettre du vocabulaire et de la grammaire. C'est aussi accompagner la rencontre entre deux visions du monde.
Développer la compétence interculturelle, c'est apprendre à suspendre son jugement, à reconnaître ses propres évidences culturelles et à comprendre que ce qui nous paraît « naturel » ne l'est pas forcément pour l'autre.
Car apprendre une langue, c'est aussi apprendre une autre manière d'habiter le monde.

Scientific knowledge should be open and accessible. Beyond what I and others do in technical / science comms and writing, the research beyond the content shouldn't be off limits. This article explains why, and shares some open alternatives.
“Scientific research publishing is a particularly lucrative industry. The most recent estimates suggest that it generates around 19 billion US dollars (or 16.67 billion euros) in annual turnover, with margins of around 40 per cent. These staggering figures largely reflect the fact that the “Big Five” commercial publishers, such as Elsevier, Springer Nature, Wiley, Taylor & Francis and SAGE, are capitalising on work that is largely funded by public money.
This monetisation takes place either by making a scientific article fee-paying, accessible via paid subscription, or by charging authors to publish in open access for readers. Yet most of the work required for publication – notably writing, peer review and a large part of the editorial work – is carried out free of charge by researchers. The direct consequence is that an institution or a country’s wealth still partly dictates access to scientific knowledge.”
