What is the radiation risk to SpaceX/NASA astronauts? Today we are talking about how SpaceX, NASA and other space agencies plan to keep their astronauts safe from dangerous levels of radiation while travelling to the moon or even further to Mars. Now there are two main sources of radiation I’ll cover here, those being from the van Allen radiation belts around the Earth and the other more sparse but still dangerous solar radiation, solar flares from our sun as well as cosmic rays. No matter if we are talking SpaceX’s Starship or Apollo, this issue is the same. So how did NASA protect astronauts 50 years ago? What have we learned since the Apollo missions? And how are SpaceX and NASA going to protect astronauts in upcoming missions to the moon which could be coming up in only a few years?
SPACEX boss Elon Musk has teased the Starship spacecraft is nearing its first orbital flight, sparking an online frenzy of excitement from fans. Elon Musk tweeted on September 10th, Tuesday: "Getting ready for flight of orbit-class Starship design."
Welcome to Episode 33 of What about it!? In this Episode, we will take a look at new information about SpaceX's Starship launch abort system plans, a possible launch date for the Boca Chica orbital prototype and the latest Starship construction updates. We will also take a look at SpaceX's launch manifest for the end of this year and an outlook of 24 Starlink launches in 2020.

Here is what future has in store for Mars according to SpaceX. Following the first two episode of SpaceX, here is finally its grand vision for the human race. Check out the first two episodes on SpaceX.
In the past few days, I've grown obsessed of Elon and SpaceX, there is a lot to talk about the company. The first episode today focuses on its financial feasibility, firstly as a company, then as a service provider. Spoiler Alert: SpaceX is cash flow positive for more than 5 years now, the price to pay for space travel is going to be as low as 100,000 dollars. For more information. l feasibility, firstly as a company, then as a service provider. The European Space Agency (ESA) has published an unusual press release – specifically blaming SpaceX’s nascent Starlink constellation for a collision, we will analyze an aerial view of the latest progress on SpaceX's Starship Orbital Prototype and Super Heavy. We will also take a look at possible landing sites for SpaceX's Starship. We will look at ESA's Aeolus near miss with a Starlink Satellite. Last but not least, we will take a look at four new Starlin launch dates for 2019.
In June Elon Musk said that SpaceX will soon be producing 500 of the new Raptor rocket engines a year. Since Starship and SuperHeavy together use only about 40 Raptors, it leads to a big question: What will SpaceX do with all of them?
The short answers are: Lots of Starships, Starship 2.0, Starlink, the Moon, Mars and beyond.
Currently Starship doesn't have an abort system because it is in very early stages of development. Elon dropped some knowledge about what could be coming.
A look at the difficulties of returning to the moon to establish a permanent presence and many of the concepts and ideas envisioned to help accomplish that goal.
SpaceX Vehicles Explained. Explaining the capability of SpaceX's current engines and vehicles and Capsules. The Mars Colonial Transporter will be explained in the future video, so stay tuned.
We talk about the landing site of the first Starship Mars Mission and also discuss the reasoning behind the interesting choice of Arcadia Planitia as one of the first sites for the Starship mars landing. Then we of course also have to talk about the close encounter between a Starlink satellite and an ESA Aeolus satellite, the unfortunately failed India moon mission Chandrayaan-2, about the Florida Starship prototype surviving Hurricane Dorian, and about Dr. Robert Zubrin's ingenious moon direct plan for establishing a moon base soon and cheaply.
The title is a bit aggressive, they are more like competitors... But there you go, the last episode of the SpaceX series. Honestly, I did not know how many episode I should make, but I think, these are the interesting stories of SpaceX that I can think of. anyways, enjoy. Link down below, I would omit the Reddit and Wikipedia pages because there are so many of them.
In episode 47 of SpaceX in the News, we look at Starship's impressive progress as it preps for the upcoming 20km flight; take a look at proposed landnig sites on Mars; get dramatic with Starlink and its upcoming missions; and finish Space Force.
A metal asteroid worth $10,000 quadrillion, hurtling through space, makes construction of a massive orbital space station substantially cheaper. At least one company is already pitching a plan for a Von Braun Gateway Station housing some 1,500 people in orbit. The resources on the single asteroid, 16 Psyche, is not only enough to build the station, but to wipe out the U.S. national debt thousands of times over.
