Fort d’une large communauté scientifique allant de la production à la santé, la KIM Food & Health et ses partenaires MUSE, INRAE, CIRAD, CIHEAM de Montpellier, CNRS, Agropolis International et la Chaire Unesco Alimentation du monde, vous proposent un séminaire international « Systèmes alimentaires en Méditerranée et Afrique ».
La KIM Food & Health de MUSE (« Montpellier Université d’Excellence ») est un dispositif dont la visée est le rapprochement des deux communautés « Agro » et « Santé » de Montpellier pour structurer un écosystème original de recherche, formation et développement dans le nexus agri-(aqua)culture-environnement-santé. Tightening land constraints are expected to trigger various responses, including agricultural intensification, as postulated by the Boserup hypothesis.
