Sputafuoco (Spitfire) by Venier Customs

Sputafuoco (Spitfire) by Venier Customs | Cafe racers chronicles | Scoop.it

One of the peculiarities of Stefano Venier’s bikes is that they are not built on commission, but made to match the taste of the builder and eventually sold in a small number of releases. This allows Stefano to curate his own style and develop his own ideas. In this case, the Cagiva 350 is one of the first bikes he rode when he was younger.

Sturm und Drang

Sturm und Drang | Cafe racers chronicles | Scoop.it

My friend Frankye is a kind of guru of the cafe racer culture in the Conero area. Fugar Metal Worker from Ancona cuts the metal like the butter and his hands make real sculptures. MetalBike Garage makes classy aluminum components in Turin. If we combine these three things we have a 99% chance to make a great bike. Frankye put the remaining one per cent with the idea of creating the Sturm und Drang.
