The awesome Chemical CB750F

The awesome Chemical CB750F | Cafe racers chronicles | Scoop.it

Based on his 1981 CB750F, Mirco Montanari wanted to create something really unique and never seen before. He went to my friend Emiliano Turroni, better known as the manager of Chemical Garage in Forlì, and, comparing their ideas, the two gave birth this jewel of design in perfect retro style. Believe me, I saw this bike live in Pesaro… It’s really wonderful.

CX500 "L'arrogante"

CX500 "L'arrogante" | Cafe racers chronicles | Scoop.it

It was a 1979 Honda CX 500 as many others... Well, indeed it wasn’t. Usually bikes aren’t available in boxes! But this one was purchased disassembled into 3 boxes for 600 euro by Gianluca and his partners of Espresso Motorcycle...

I'm no loger particularly excited by the Triumph Bonneville custom releases... They seem to be very similar each other and I'm getting bored to see almost standard bikes in a field that should be reserved to one of a kind pieces... But sometimes I come across to special ones...

Man made legends

Man made legends | Cafe racers chronicles | Scoop.it

“Churchill meets Mussolini! or The British Bulldog tames the Italian stallion. Whatever way you look at it, harnessing of one of the fastest Italian road going engines, the Laverda Jota, into the best handling Manx Norton style frame is going to be brutal. There is no getting away from it, its not been done before and therein lies the challenge to create 'Spirit of the Sixties VII'. Something completely different“. That’s the way Garry Laurence starts to tell us the build of this unbelievable Laver-Ton. Garry, founder of the Spirit of the Sixties, lives in Dartford Kent, England (and where else would you find a bike like this?). He is not a professional bike builder, but this awesomeNorton Jota, as he call his bike - is not his first realise. He is also a fan of the Inazuma café and he decided to tell us the story of this bike and shot exclusive photos of it expressly for the Inazuma readers… Just check it out in the rest on http://inazumacafe.blogspot.it/2013/10/readers-rides-awesome-laverton-by-garry.html
