Or why it is so counter-intuitive for women to Speak Up, Stand Out and Shine or win at any personal branding game.

Why it is so hard to break that dammed glass ceiling.

Why so many talented women get stuck on the sticky floor.

Why the corporate game is designed by men for men.

Why no matter how hard women develop their leadership, negociation, presentation, career skills, as long as the corporate world is run by the same old bears, it will not change!

Women believe in the theory of meritocracy. They asume that hard work and talent win , just like it did at school or university. But it does not!

"The truth is that this broken system of false meritocracy is bolted on to hierarchy, abetted by phony HR practices and controlled by men for men, even when it's not the optimum way of organising for the challenges a business faces."
