Nguyễn Thanh Thuỷ earned her Master of Science Degree at the Simon Fraser University (Canada) in 1999 and her PhD Degree in Mathematics Education at the University of Amsterdam (Netherlands) in 2005. She is the former Head of Quality Assurance Office at the Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. Since 2015 she is the Deputy of Training Centre for Advanced Management at the Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. This training Centre is funded by Vietnam Skill for Employment Project of Global Affairs Canada (VSEP/GAC).
“CVA Certified DACUM Trainers and designated Evaluators gave me much constructive feedback on my DACUM charts. Their feedback on my previous DACUM charts has helped me to improve my future work tremendously. Some universities and colleges in Vietnam are already using my DACUM analysis to design new curricula and improve their study programs. To become a CVA certified DACUM Analysis Facilitator, Nguyễn Thanh Thuỷ had to satisfy the following requirements: – successful completion of the CVA DACUM Analysis Facilitator Training Module, or an equivalent training – facilitation of a minimum of three occupational analyses using the DACUM methodology, each to be submitted for a formal review by the CVA’s DACUM Analysis Evaluation Committee – formal reviews confirming that a minimum of three analyses complied with the DACUM quality standards as set by the CVA.
Nguyễn Thanh Thuỷ is now registered in the CVA CERTIFIED DACUM ANALYSIS FACILITATOR international directory.

L’ACFP est le plus important organisme canadien dédié à la formation par compétence et offrant une formation à la méthode DACUM tant au Canada qu’à travers le monde.
Notre association souhaite retenir les services d’une personne qui permettra à l’ACFP, un organisme sans but lucratif, d’assurer son développement et de rayonner tant au Canada que sur la scène internationale.
Au départ, la personne qui occupera ce poste sera appelée à travailler à temps partiel et sera épaulée par une équipe de trois collaborateurs, chacun travaillant à temps partiel à partir de son domicile. Le candidat idéal serait un dirigeant ou un cadre supérieur à la retraite ou sur le point de prendre sa retraite, issu d’une entreprise ou du milieu de l’éducation et stimulé par la mission de l’ACFP et ses défis tout en étant conscient que notre association doit composer avec des ressources limitées.

The CVA is Canada’s premier competency-based training organization specializing in DACUM training both nationally and internationally.
The CVA is seeking a leader who will further grow the CVA as a self sustaining, not-for-profit national organization with strong international links.
Currently, the position would require a self-starting individual working part time with a current staff of three, all working part-time from home offices. Our preferred candidate would be a retired or soon to be retired management or academic executive, motivated by the CVA mandate, challenge and cognizant of the organization’s limited resources.

Nous félicitons Lana Bos qui vient de compléter le programme de Facilitatrice d’analyses DACUM certifiée de l’Association canadienne de la formation professionnelle (AFCP)
Lana travaille à l’Extended Learning de la faculté de l’agriculture de l’université de Dalhousie, au développement de programmes tant au niveau national qu’international. À l’international, elle appuie le développement de programmes basés sur les compétences afin de répondre aux besoins du marché du travail. De plus, Lana facilite des ateliers relatifs à l’éducation et la formation axées sur les compétences, incluant l’analyse des compétences professionnelles, l’évaluation et la reconnaissance des acquis, le développement de curriculums et le développement de programmes. Elle participe aussi à la création de matériel de formation et de classes interactives avec une emphase sur les compétences pratiques et leurs applications en agriculture.
Son parcours professionnel lui ont permis de donner la formation sur l’analyse des compétences à Dominique, Saint-Christophe-et-Nevis et tout récemment en Éthiopie. Elle considère ce défi des plus gratifiant une fois que la charte des compétences DACUM, le produit final, est créée. Cette chartre s’intègre et s’applique au développement des normes de compétence, de curriculums et de matériel de formation.
Lana a suivi trois formations DACUM de l’ACFP: facilitateur DACUM en 2014 suivi par le programme de certification en 2015. Elle a complété sa formation en juin 2016 avec l’analyse des compétences professionnelles. Pierre Morin et l’équipe de l’ACFP ont prouvé être de forts appuis durant cette période en lui fournissant support et conseils sur les chartres DACUM développées.
Afin de devenir Facilitatrice d’analyses DACUM certifiée de l’Association canadienne de la formation professionnelle (AFCP), Lana a complété les étapes suivantes :
– formation de Facilitateur d’analyses DACUM (ou équivalent) ;
– coordination/facilitation de trois analyses DACUM satisfaisant les normes de l’ACFP;
– revue de performance des trois analyses afin d’assurer le contrôle de qualité tel que prescrit par l’ACFP.
Lana est maintenant enregistrée dans le répertoire international des Facilitateurs d’analyses DACUM certifiés par l’ACFP
