How The iPad Can Promote The Development Of Non-Cognitive Skills - TeachThought

How The iPad Can Promote The Development Of Non-Cognitive Skills - TeachThought | DIGITAL LEARNING | Scoop.it

"Recently, a collaborative study by the Research Triangle Institute (RTI) and the Spencer Foundation has sought to categorize noncognitive skills that populate the educational research. They developed the following noncognitive categories including motivation, effort, self-regulated learning, self-efficacy, academic self-concept, social behavior, and resilience. Of these categories, it is self-regulated learning, academic self-efficacy, and resilience that most benefit from 1:1 iPad implementation in schools."

My thoughts:

I knew there were many inappropriate videos on YouTube but I had no idea that you could make them private. I was not aware of how you should share videos on your blog, and how you should use the embed code. I also did not know that you could share your videos to only certain people and not everyone on YouTube would see them. I’ve learned many new important facts about what to do and what not to do on YouTube from this link.
