Dix ans après, le RCS rassemble 111 juridictions membres représentant l’ensemble des 46 États membres du Conseil de l’Europe ainsi que cinq cours observatrices et continue à se consacrer au partage des connaissances et des savoir-faire au bénéfice mutuel des autorités judiciaires de l’Europe et d’ailleurs.Le présent ouvrage, qui marque cet anniversaire, offre un éclairage unique sur la genèse du Réseau, sur son évolution et sur son influence sur la jurisprudence interne.
