Un réseau destiné à faciliter le dialogue entre la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme et les cours supérieures nationales Lancé par la Cour européenne des droits de l’homme en 2015, le Réseau des cours supérieures (RCS) s’est développé au point de devenir une communauté dynamique et opérationnelle au service des droits de l’homme, de l’État de droit et de la justice. Dix ans après, le RCS rassemble 111 juridictions membres représentant l’ensemble des 46 États membres du Conseil de l’Europe ainsi que cinq cours observatrices et continue à se consacrer au partage des connaissances et des savoir-faire au bénéfice mutuel des autorités judiciaires de l’Europe et d’ailleurs.Le présent ouvrage, qui marque cet anniversaire, offre un éclairage unique sur la genèse du Réseau, sur son évolution et sur son influence sur la jurisprudence interne. Les enseignements qu’il fournit témoignent amplement de l’utilité du dialogue et de la coopération judiciaires en vue de la mise en œuvre commune de la Convention européenne des droits de l’homme et de manière plus générale.
