It also reviews the role of potassium binders in managing hyperkalemia. TARGET AUDIENCE This activity is designed to meet the educational needs of U.S. community-based nephrologists, primary care physicians, internal medicine physicians, nutritionists, renal dieticians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants involved in the management of patients with hyperkalemia.
