Sur les comptes corporate, Instagram n’est plus un simple miroir de LinkedIn.

C’est l’un des grands enseignements du nouveau Baromètre #BeyondTheScore du 2ème trimestre 2026 dévoilé par LauMa communication et Buzz E-santé consacré aux usages social media des laboratoires pharmaceutiques en France.

Les comptes corporate Instagram des laboratoires pharmaceutiques en France poursuivent leur mue. Après un premier trimestre marqué par la normalisation de leur présence, le deuxième trimestre confirme une tendance forte : Instagram devient un canal d’activation de proximité.

La ligne éditoriale y est plus grand public, plus visuelle, plus émotionnelle, mais toujours très cadrée.

Là où LinkedIn sert l’influence, l’expertise et la parole institutionnelle, Instagram reste le territoire du sensible, du quotidien, de la prévention et de la pédagogie simplifiée.

La prévention devient le cœur du réacteur éditorial. La marque employeur se fait plus immersive. La RSE prend une forme plus incarnée. Les Reels deviennent des formats pivots, mais les carrousels restent essentiels pour structurer l’information.

Instagram n’est plus décoratif pour la pharma. C’est un espace d’image, de confiance et d’utilité.

👨🏻‍⚕️ La vaccination contre la #grippe devrait bientôt devenir obligatoire pour tous les soignants et médecins, sur recommandation de la Haute Autorité de Santé.

Seuls 20 % d'entre eux en Ehpad et à l'hôpital sont aujourd'hui vaccinés (toutes catégories confondues), ce dont de nombreux chefs d'établissements, ministres de la Santé et représentants des soignants/médecins se désolent régulièrement.

Reste à savoir comment l'appliquer en pratique (modalités concrètes, mesures en cas de refus, etc), sachant que "aucune sanction ne sera appliquée pour la première année".

"Make America Healthy Again"

Switzerland case:
"A seven-year-old girl will receive a booster shot in accordance with the Swiss vaccination schedule. This was decided by the Federal Supreme Court. The parents were in disagreement, so the Kesb had to make the decision.

In May 2025, the girl’s mother contacted the Child and Adult Protection Authority (Kesb) responsible for her case in the Canton of Bern. She requested that the child receive the booster vaccination against diphtheria, tetanus, and whooping cough in accordance with the national immunization schedule.
The father, who lives apart from the girl's mother, did not want her to be vaccinated as part of the school medical examination. This is according to a ruling by the Federal Supreme Court published on Monday.

No special circumstances
The Federal Supreme Court has now ruled, in accordance with its established case law, that the child should receive the booster shot. The Kesb was correct in making the corresponding decision, as is provided for in the event of a parental deadlock on this issue.
Contrary to the father’s view, there were no extraordinary circumstances that would require further investigation. The girl had already received the vaccine three times and tolerated it well."

In the United States, health literacy is a stronger predictor of an individual's health status than income, employment status, education level, and race or ethnic group.

That's a striking claim from a World Health Organization fact sheet published in late 2025.

It also reflects our expanding understanding of health literacy and its influence on health.

Health literacy encompasses a wide range of skills and abilities:

→ Finding information
→ Evaluating whether it is trustworthy
→ Understanding risk
→ Navigating healthcare systems
→ Communicating with clinicians
→ Using digital tools
→ Making informed decisions
→ Acting on those decisions within the realities of everyday life

These abilities are shaped by the systems people interact with.

Health literacy is co-created between individuals and organizations. A person's skills are part of the equation, along with:

→ The clarity of our communication
→ The usability of our technology
→ The accessibility of our services
→ The cultural relevance of our information
→ The complexity of the healthcare system itself

This broader understanding is reshaping the field.

Researchers now study digital health literacy, oral health literacy, maternal health literacy, mental health literacy, telehealth literacy, critical health literacy, and many other domains.

Measurement is evolving as well. New instruments are helping us assess how people find, understand, evaluate, communicate, navigate, and engage with modern healthcare.

Health literacy is also increasingly recognized as a cornerstone of health equity.

Language, disability, education, culture, technology access, trust, and prior experiences with healthcare can all influence a person's ability to obtain and use information and services.

When health literacy is such a powerful determinant of health, improving it requires attention across schools, technologies, healthcare organizations, public policy, and communities.

"Again, you read that right. RFK Jr. wanted to remove the MMR vaccine from the schedule last fall, even as the largest outbreaks of measles this century had been raging all over the country since early 2025. You might wonder why on earth RFK Jr. would want to do something that, from a public health standpoint, is obviously such a disastrously stupid thing to do. If you know RFK Jr. you know why. As I will discuss in the next section, his belief in the disproven hypothesis that MMR (and other vaccines) cause autism is unshakeable and fanatical. As for the denials from HHS that removing the MMR and polio vaccines from the schedule “had never been considered,” let’s just say that lying liars lie. RFK Jr.’s history since 2005 makes it very plausible that he would want to use his power to get rid of the MMR vaccine from the schedule.

I will admit here that I did not foresee that RFK Jr., facing obstacles to reshaping ACIP to his will (and also running into just how incompetent the antivax cranks whom he appointed to ACIP turned out to be when given responsibility), would take direct personal control over dictating vaccine policy and the CDC’s vaccine schedule. I will have to update my list of strategies to account for that. Given the enormity of the Department that he runs, his focusing so much on vaccine policy personally should tell you that he is indeed a committed antivax ideologue. Indeed, The New York Times recently reported that RFK Jr. “demonstrated little interest in managing his sprawling department as he focuses on food and vaccine policies,” reporting that he is “single-mindedly focused on his top priorities, including food recommendations and pesticide exposures, and hunting for evidence to support his long-held beliefs that vaccines are harmful.” He is often out of town, and when he is in town, his workday is not exactly what we would call long or hard, with HHS staff reporting that”he exercises at his gym before work, then usually arrives at about 10 a.m. and leaves by 4 p.m.” Basically, if the NYT reporting is accurate—and I have no reason to believe that it is not—other than for the issues of vaccines, pesticides, and food, HHS is running on autopilot. RFK Jr. angrily denies that he’s checked out, but, again, I don’t believe him. Lying liars lie.

Again, it’s RFK Jr. being RFK Jr. He is antivax."

💭 Why do vaccines take so long to develop?

To bring a new vaccine to market, vaccinologists must determine best delivery methods, conduct preclinical studies, prove safety, and test how effectively a vaccine elicits the desired immune response as just a few of the many pre-approval development challenges.

A viral post says this parasite was released to sell mRNA vaccines. It's wrong. Cyclospora shows up almost every summer from produce grown with dirty water, and there's no mRNA parasite vaccine to sell. The accounts pushing the bioweapon claim are usually selling something too. Ask who profits from the fear.

Another case of ambulance chasing and blaming COVID vaccines for something they don’t cause ? Yes, the case of Eric Dane who died of ALS, which was diagnosed in 2024. McCullough Foundation’s #PeterMcCullough claims such was vaccine induced but fails to mention Eric Dane was diagnosed in 2024. And that the average life expectancy for individuals with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) is two to five years from the onset of symptoms, which is line with what is seen here.
There is currently no scientific evidence that COVID-19 vaccines cause Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). Major health organizations, including the ALS Association, emphasize that there are no established links between the vaccines and the onset or accelerated progression of ALS. 
While rare neurological side effects like Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) have been associated with certain vaccines, large-scale safety monitoring and adverse event reporting systems have found no causal patterns linking the COVID-19 vaccines to ALS. Because individuals with ALS are at a high risk for severe respiratory complications from COVID-19, health authorities generally recommend vaccination for this vulnerable population.

Vaccinated children spread flu to others?

Myth: Children who receive the vaccine will actively ‘shed’ live flu virus for several days or even weeks after vaccination, thus putting others at risk of infection, particularly those with weakened immune systems.

Fact: Although vaccinated children are known to shed virus a few days after vaccination, the vaccine virus that is shed is less able to spread from person to person than the natural infection. The amount of virus shed is normally below the levels needed to pass on infection to others and the virus does not survive for long outside of the body.
