Actualmente el uso diario de las tecnologías de la información es un fenómeno habitual en los adolescentes, los jóvenes y también en gran parte de los adultos. La sociedad de este siglo XXI es plenamente digital y quien no esté conectado corre el riesgo de ser un ciudadano excluido.
Las TIC están presentes en todos los órdenes y ámbitos de nuestra vida social, económica, cultural, de ocio y laboral. Las mismas han cambiado radicalmente las formas de producir, de acceder e intercambiar el conocimiento y la información. Ser una persona alfabeta, hoy en día además de saber leer y escribir textos, debe poseer lo que se conoce como competencia digital.
Como docente ¿te consideras preparado para enseñar adecuadamente la competencia digital en tus clases? ¿Sabrías identificar las dimensiones de aprendizaje a desarrollar en tu alumnado con relación a la competencia digital? ¿Conoces aplicaciones o recursos online que te permiten trabajar en el aula esta competencia? ¿Te gustaría planificar proyectos y actividades didácticas destinadas a favorecer la competencia digital en tu alumnado? ¿Cómo se evalúa esta competencia? Estas, entre otras, son las cuestiones centrales que abordaremos en este MOOC.

Is Transhumanism an exercise in Unnatural Selection? By definition “Transhumanism” seeks to accelerate the evolution of intelligent life beyond its currently human form. It is therefore in direct conflict with the established biological evolutionary processes responsible for the betterment of species. Structured data, structured markup and rich snippets have always been about helping Google and search engines understand your content and potentially lead to Google making your search result snippet richer, with the goal of increasing your click-through rate from the organic results to your page.
Google has said, time and time again, that these are not used in the ranking algorithm to make a Web page rank better. They have said that adding structured markup to your pages won’t directly lead to your page ranking better in the Google search results.
Well, that may change in the future.
