In this project, I built a fully interactive RGB LED Hourglass using an ESP8266 D1 Mini, dual 8x8 WS2812B LED matrix panels, MPU6050 motion sensor, OLED display, buzzer, and a rechargeable 18650 battery system.

The LED particles move dynamically depending on the orientation of the device, creating a realistic gravity effect using the MPU6050 gyro sensor ๐Ÿ˜

Todo eso por dos dรณlares cuando un Arduino Uno oficial cuesta veinte. El problema es que no trae programador incluido, necesitas un ST-Link V2 externo, y si no aprendes a configurar sus registros correctamente no hace absolutamente nada. No es para principiantes, es para quienes ya dominaron el Arduino y quieren subir de nivel en sistemas embebidos reales. โšก

How Setup a Home VPN on a Raspberry Pi

Hey guy's R4GE VipeRzZ here, and today I'm going to show you how you can setup on home VPN using a Raspberry Pi. This will allow you to make it seem like you are at home no matter where you are using the internet from in the world.

Raspberry Pi OS: https://www.raspberrypi.com/software/operating-systems/
Rufus: https://rufus.ie/en/
Putty: https://putty.org/index.html

Commands

- Install Updates
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade -y

- If want to set static IP not using DHCP. Recommend that you set static IP using DHCP.
sudo nano /etc/dhcpcd.conf
interface eth0
static ip_address=192.168.1.10/24
static routers=192.168.1.1
static domain_name_servers=192.168.1.1
sudo reboot

- Install Unattended Upgrades
sudo apt install unattended-upgrades apt-listchanges -y
sudo dpkg-reconfigure --priority=low unattended-upgrades
sudo nano /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/20auto-upgrades
APT::Periodic::AutocleanInterval "7";

sudo nano /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/50unattended-upgrades

- To make it do all updates rather than just security
"origin=*";

- To configure reboot after update
Unattended-Upgrade::Automatic-Reboot "true";
Unattended-Upgrade::Automatic-Reboot-Time "05:00";

- Enable SSH if wanted
sudo systemctl enable ssh
sudo systemctl start ssh
sudo systemctl status ssh

- Allow traffic forwarding
sudo nano /etc/sysctl.d/99-ipforward.conf

- If you want to use IPV6
net.ipv4.ip_forward = 1
net.ipv6.conf.all.forwarding = 1

- If you donโ€™t want to use IPV6
net.ipv4.ip_forward = 1
net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.lo.disable_ipv6 = 1

- Allow traffic forwarding (Added for backup not needed)
sudo apt install iptables-persistent -y
sudo iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o eth0 -j MASQUERADE
sudo netfilter-persistent save

- Install & bring up Tailscale
curl -fsSL https://tailscale.com/install.sh | sh
sudo tailscale up --advertise-exit-node --accept-dns=false --snat-subnet-routes=true โ€“-reset

- Ensure Tailscale starts on boot
sudo systemctl enable tailscaled
sudo systemctl edit tailscaled
After=network-online.target
Wants=network-online.target
sudo reboot

Raspberry Pi - Smart RFID Automatic Gate Security System with Parking Management

This video demonstrates my Smart RFID Parking System developed using a Raspberry Pi.
The project uses RFID technology to control access, ultrasonic sensors to detect cars entering and exiting, and a servo motor to control the gate.
The system also includes a Flask web dashboard that displays real-time parking information, gate status, access results, and camera images.
The project is fully automated and starts automatically when powered on.
