Il 7 gennaio 2026 il Dipartimento della Salute (HHS) e quello dell’Agricoltura (USDA) statunitensi hanno pubblicato la nuova edizione delle Dietary Guidelines for Americans (DGA) 2025–2030 (https://www.dietaryguidelines.gov), presentandole come un “reset” della politica nutrizionale federale, con uno slogan semplice: “eat real food” (“mangia cibo vero”).
