I find this shocking Apple stocks been on the rise virtually since they hit the market, but I don't see this lasting too long apple is top of the food chain when it comes to computers, tablets, and phones. Now with the government shutdown consumers are more reluctant to spend money. this should soon change and go back to normal sales projections.

The music industry is a major part of every society in the world. An artist should be able to capitalize on royalties from where ever their music is played. Why should they not get what's rightfully theirs? They are loosing out on a lot of money overseas.

This seems to me to be a wonderful technology. It will allow listeners to be more select in their listening choices while  providing the artist with more potential to collect revenue for their work.

This source seems to be reliable in my opinion.

This is a major informational resource for audio industry professionals.

Jorge Maldonado's curator insight, December 9, 2018 11:43 PM
The direction in which Mixcloud is heading is definitely a progressive one which keeps all members of the community in mind.
Paul Boyd's curator insight, January 26, 4:11 PM
I think this is actually a pretty cool idea. fo instincts, you are having a party or getting married and you need a DJ you can now stream a DJ set as opposed to hiring a DJ. the $2.99 is a lot cheaper that the hundreds of dollars an hour you would pay a live DJ.

This has been an ongoing issue since my childhood. Rap has never been given the same notoriety as other genres. to most, it seems as if it is racially motivated. why isn't the hip hop genres give the same respect as rock, pop or any other genre? that is a question for the ages. while I personally feel it should others do not. It will be very shocking to me if Cardi B wins it all when she is going up against the like of Ariana Grande.  It will be a major accomplishment. This site even recognized Ariana Grande not being capitalized in the auto correct but didn't pickup Cardi B smh.
