Tomahawk est un player multimédia open source très branché social supportant un nombre important de services de musique en ligne et une interface très réussi. Il me fait pratiquement oublier les autres players vu ses fonctionnalités uniques.

How has our economy evolved in the past five years? Which industries are shrinking or growing through these challenging economic times? These are some of the questions that the Council of Economic Advisors (CEA) delves into each February in the “Economic Report of the President” (ERP). This year, the CEA worked with us to glean further insights into industry trends both during the recent recession and after its end in June 2009 [1]. With the data and methodology [2] in hand, we calculated the growth rates in industry size between 2007 and 2011. Here’s what we found:

Visually-compelling content can take many forms, from creatively produced videos to engaging Facebook photos. Today, we thought we would give a quick course in one of the the highest forms of visually powerful content: Infographics. Mashable defines infographics as graphic visual representations of information, data or knowledge used to present complex information quickly and clearly. Infographics are becoming more common in the building industry, particularly on websites and blogs catering to architects and designers. The best infographics try to articulate one of five key communications challenges. Read the complete article for an example of each of these challenges in action on popular industry websites...

By Danyl Bosomworth - http://bit.ly/yX8yuq ; @danny_boy It’s important to look beyond the big 5 social networks to more targeted communities where you can engage audiences or “tribes” related to your brand. Using the new Social Radar Infographic to illustrate the potential – and to show you the types of social sites you might consider. The radar will help you to figure out the right communities, so you can create the right content and share it… The radar focuses attention and resources on the sites appearing towards its centre, as these sites are generally agreed on as the most important. Although this may seem a lot of effort to go beyond the main networks, you’ll often find more passionate audiences who are more willing to engage and share. Remember… Social media hasn’t stopped growing in importance Social media isn’t a fad or a passing trend, so don’t think you’ve missed out or it isn’t relevant. Social media is an oft misunderstood label for something that’s been central to modern marketing for decades – engaging and inspiring real people so your audience wants to directly or indirectly promote your brand story. To this end, social media marketing isn’t really about big social networks, the latest social media marketing tools or techniques. It’s certainly never too late to consider creating a social media marketing strategy. There are tools to help you assess the relevance of communities. Niche or vertical communities are where the social media opportunity is headed for brands inorder to conduct meaningful dialogue with relevant groups and communities Continue - http://bit.ly/A40E3a ;
