This article covers a very relevant issue that has plague many individuals suffering from mental health illnesses. The author goes over a few different ways one can better their mind and well-being by not being so hard on yourself. If we practice and believe in what is discoursed throughout this article then we can better our mental health through readjusting how we react to certain situations. This article is very descriptive and distinguishing the importance of accepting yourself, identity, and faults.
