Avec une note globale de 4,07 sur 5, 87,6 % des répondants recommandent Saint-Gobain. C’est la deuxième année que le Groupe obtient cette reconnaissance.

The number of apprentices coming in to the construction industry has dipped over the last few years and employers have struggled to keep up with surge in demand – driven mainly by the sharp increase in output in the private housing market. Thankfully however, many now feel we are on the road to recovery. In fact, according to the UK’s Office of National Statistics, in the three months to the end of February 2014, construction output grew 0.3% compared with the previous quarter.

La nouvelle plateforme logistique de Saint-Gobain a été construite dans la zone d'activité économique intercommunale des Estuaires, à Derval. Le site, idéalement situé entre Rennes et Nantes, bénéfice d'une excellente desserte routière. « Cette plateforme vient compléter le dispositif mis en place par l'entreprise pour améliorer sa proximité et réactivité auprès de ses clients, a expliqué le président, Patrice Richard. La plateforme, construite dans une démarche d'éco-construction en seulement huit mois, est gigantesque. Elle comprend 1 200 m² de bureau, 300 m² de locaux techniques. La partie stockage de 31 500 m² est divisée en cinq cellules, auxquelles s'ajoutent 1 500 m² de mezzanine et 6 000 m² de stockage extérieur. Les 33 quais de déchargement permettent de recevoir jusqu'à 90 camions par jour.
