Ce document est assez représentatif de la faillite intellectuelle de certains durant la période Covid, il cristallise le suintement toxique du conspirationnisme qui a ruisselé dans toutes les couches de la société, même parmi des érudits avocats, pesant sur nos administrations, sur nos professionnels de santé, sur notre démocratie, faisant perdre du temps à la Justice.

En effet, le gouvernement serait responsable d'un assassinat de masse via les campagnes de vaccination covid (qui ont sauvé des millions de vies, rappelons-le), avec des vaccins qui ne seraient pas des vaccins mais de "la thérapie génique", une fake new reprise en cœur par tous les bêlants qui traitent "les autres" de moutons, à qui nous avons beau expliquer en long en large que ce sont des vrais vaccins car ils immunisent, alors qu'une thérapie génique (qui aurait obtenu une autorisation de mise sur le marché) soigne par l'apport de gènes (tiens donc, les labos auraient-il trouvé un médicament efficace contre le covid ?).

On peut encore remarquer ce manque d'humilité et d'esprit : vous, scientifiques du monde entier, sociétés savantes, autorités sanitaires, commissions d'experts, décideurs politiques, vous tous, avec vos longues études, vous avez tous tort et J'AI raison, car je l'ai lu sur Internet.

Aussi, et c'est le point qui me choque le plus... Je cite le Procureur:

"Enfin, vous indiquez que toutes les infractions susvisées résultent de l'organisation formée par le gouvernement et ses membres ainsi que les laboratoires pharmaceutiques, les pharmaciens et les médecins, constituant la circonstance aggravante de bande organisée."

Ainsi, selon Me Carlo Brusa, tous les médecins et pharmaciens qui se sont engagés (ou pas) durant le covid (sauf évidemment les médecins/pharmaciens antivax, équivalents des astronomes platistes), seraient complices de ces tueries de masse préméditées. Ce qui nous met directement en danger. En effet, il se pourrait bien, un jour ou l'autre, qu'un détraqué passe à l'acte et fasse justice lui-même. Des propos non seulement stupides, mais aussi irresponsables.

Il a fallu tout de même que l'administration se penche sur son cas et rédige une réponse. Une réponse qui, certes, contient quelques approximations scientifiques sur la partie de l'immunité de groupe ("bouclier immunitaire etc") mais qui se rapproche le plus de la vérité scientifique. Vérité que ces chercheurs de vérité, comme ils s'appellent eux-mêmes, ne veulent pas voir, pour des raisons que les spécialistes en psychologie du complot pourront nous expliquer.

Pour clore mon texte déjà trop long, Carlo Brusa a d'ores et déjà déclaré fièrement sur X - le classement sans suite étant une preuve de plus du complot :

"Voilà la rigolotte et attendue réponse de classement sans suite de notre plainte vaccins ! Nous allons désormais la transformer en Plainte avec constitution de partie civile devant le Doyen des Juges d’Instruction de Paris ! A study showed that 84% of mothers would rely on social media for medical advice. This is concerning as 100% of what one sees from groups like Physicians for Informed Consent, Children's Health Defense, ICAN and McCullough Foundation is misinformation. It is time that social media cleans up their platform from such.

Wondering why some of us are making sure that Physicians for Informed Consent are being called out for what they post ? Simply because it is far from the truth or misleading. Bravo to René Najera for adding his voice to ours in making sure that the truth around vaccine is being presented.

Here we lay out the evidence to follow the recommended immunization schedule. The real-world consequences are that "when vaccination is delayed, children remain vulnerable to serious diseases. We're seeing this play out in real time with measles outbreaks. Current CDC data shows that almost all measles cases in 2025 (96%) occurred in people who did not receive the MMR vaccine. These aren't just statistics—they represent children suffering from preventable diseases, families dealing with serious illness, and communities grappling with outbreaks that could have been avoided."

A few observations:

1. It is interesting that the FDA commissioner, who oversees the agency that determines whether or not a vaccine is safe and effective, is the spokesperson for clinical recommendations that the HHS Secretary directed CDC to make. FDA has no formal role in that process so it strikes me that HHS should be explaining these recommendations.

2. Dr. Makary continues to talk about his view that children should not get covid boosters because we don't have randomized controlled trials. Yet again he is conflating the boosters with the primary series--the first set of covid vaccines that a child gets. The new CDC recommendation applies not just to boosters, but also to the primary series. It would be very helpful to get an explanation from someone at HHS why they made a shift in the recommendation for the primary series if what they are concerned about is the evidence for a booster strategy. Margaret Brennan pushed him on this and he really didn't give a fact-based rationale. 3. Dr. Makary calls ACIP a Kangaroo Court that just "rubber stamps" every vaccine. Clearly he did not follow the debate around recommendations for the Meningitis B vaccine for infants. ACIP has so far declined to make a general recommendation for infants to get the Men B vaccine.

4. His answer on pregnant women continues to be confusing. It seemed that he and Dr. Prasad were very clear in their NEJM article in which they identified pregnancy as a risk factor for covid--which is in line with the science. That NEJM article outlined a framework that FDA would be using to evaluate covid vaccines going forward. But on Face the Nation it seemed like he was walking that back when he said that pregnant women should consult with their doctors, which again goes to the issue of clinical guidelines, which are not in the purview of FDA.

5. Lastly, Dr. Makary repeatedly says that people interested in vaccination should consult with their providers. But he never explains what information providers should rely on. The CDC website continues to present data demonstrating that vaccination is important for pregnant women and their newborn babies, and for the primary series. If Sec. Kennedy relied on different information for his action, the public deserves to have access to that information so that providers and patients can have those very conversations Dr. Makary says they should be having.

Anti-vaxxers have increased their influence and minimized the dangers of measles infections while exaggerating the risks of vaccinations. This year, we've lost two unvaccinated healthy children. Important Developments:
-- The Trump administration's dismantling of public health infrastructure, coupled with anti-vaccine misinformation, is exacerbating the measles outbreak.
-- Measles cases are rising, with some resulting in death and long-term health complications, yet public perception of vaccine risks is skewed.
-- Budget cuts and layoffs are hindering the CDC's ability to respond effectively to the crisis, while partisan divides further complicate the issue.
-- The suppression of data and the spread of misinformation about measles treatments are also contributing to the problem.

I wouldn't use the language here, but I think the points are valid.

This is of the best case of eradication of a disease because of vaccines. The last death was in 2007. But like for polio and measles, what were eradicated diseases are coming back. In the cases of vaccine-preventable diseases, vaccine hesitancy and denial can prove deadly, if not properly vaccinated...
Don`t trust the flawed maths of Physicians for Informed Consent: they are only misleading you and lying to you... Never forget that diphtheria can be a deadly disease in absence of being vaccinated. Even with treatment, the fatality rate is about 5-10%, and it can be higher in children under 5 or adults over 40. Without treatment, the mortality rate can be significantly higher, around 50%.

One cannot believe that a vaccine developper would not know how unethical a placebo controlled might. So much that one wonders .

In vaccine trials, using a placebo control is generally considered unethical, especially when a safe and effective vaccine is available. However, there are specific circumstances where the use of a placebo might be ethically justifiable, primarily in the early stages of vaccine development or for diseases where no effective treatment exists.

Balancing Risks and Benefits:
Ethical guidelines prioritize the well-being of participants. Exposing individuals to the risk of a disease, or a poorly tested vaccine, is generally considered unethical, especially if a safe and effective alternative exists.
Importance of Scientific Rigor:
While placebo-controlled trials are essential for establishing efficacy, they can be ethically problematic when other methods, like comparing new vaccine candidates to a standard treatment, can achieve the same goal while minimizing risk.
Informed Consent and Autonomy:

It does appear that Physicians for Informed Consent is either misleading you or showing their ignorance. The claim: one could delay MMR vaccines in newborn babies. The truth is that the maternal transfer of antibodies to newborns is efficient and renders protection until the infants are 6–7 months old in the case of mumps and rubella and 7–8 months old in the case of measles. Hence infants remain vulnerable to infections before the first dose of the MMR vaccine.
