Do you have too many videos showing up in your subscriptions feed? You can clean that up by hiding videos from that feed. Here's how.

I knew about the three dots but I'm still unclear of exactly what this means. The option states "Hide These Videos" but I don't actually want to hide all of the videos from that channel just the one video - so the question still remains - will I hide one video or every video..... One more thing on this topic what I really truly want to hide is all of the HOA Event notifications that appear in my feed. If anyone knows how to do that en masse, I'd love to know.

I should pay more attention to the Wistia blog. This article is fantastic and really focuses in on what makes up a quality "how-to" video - which is a topic that is rarely discussed in terms of YouTube success. My favorite tip here is
I noticed myself making this mistake on the last YouTube video I posted and I ended up editing out more of the video then the one I actually published. Although I would love to watch a video with that level of intricate detail, I don't think others will.

My Comment: Hey +Video Creators great topic. I think the outdoor videos you made were great because your children were in them and that made them more personal for sure. The new background is a good idea but I'm not sure why you went with black if you thought the basement look was too dark. The lighting coming from the right in the video (I guess that would be your left in real life) seemed too bright and I noticed it right away so I'm glad you mentioned that you were trying something new and wanted our feedback. :)

My Comment: I don't think YouTube uses the auto transcription for search purposes. But they do use the edited version. Typically I edit the auto generated ones myself, especially if the video under 10 minutes or if it's really popular.
