The discipline it requires to stick to the vision yet also stand in a framework of possibility - to be flexible to rule all things in and out yet remain laser focused on the purpose for which you are leading - this is the hallmark of the true transformational leader. TL is all about how well you fall up from a position of weakness, challenge or obstruction, how well you create and sustain this same culture for those you lead, where vision is shared.
