Thank you, Susan, for sharing this article on feedback from Timothy R. Clark. I was floored at its honesty and the strong visceral reaction it invokes. It really hit a nerve. Would that we could all be so strong to take the feedback and see it as making us stronger. Vulnerability is definitely for the strong.

I'm glad you enjoyed the article. Good politicians know all about this. Each night when they re-cap the day, advisors describes the errors of the day...no time to dwell on what the candidate did well.
