A simple website to help jet-setting travelers avoid jet lag | Innovation and trends in tourism | Scoop.it
The only problem with Jet Lag Rooster is that the majority of business travelers that fly, and then have to hit the ground running, won’t take the time to adjust their exposure to light before or during a trip.

3 campagnes marketing inspirées du storytelling | Innovation and trends in tourism | Scoop.it

Snip.it - an interesting collaborative tool for knowledge-sharing, bookmarking, and research | Innovation and trends in tourism | Scoop.it

What Pinterest is for pictures, Snip.it is for articles. Snip.it fits an important niche for grouping and sharing articles. For example, take a look at MIT’s profile.

To ‘snip’ an article, click on the scissors ‘new snip’ icon. You will paste a URL and then choose a collection in which to place the saved article. Some examples include Donavon Roberson’s collection on leadership and recent articles about MIT research in space, planetary science, and astronomy.

Snip.it groups are formed to collaboratively share articles on topics of collective interest, such as theArchaeology group. To join a group, you must choose one or more of your collections to be a part of the group. Every time you snip an article to your collection, it will appear in the group feed as well. The search box allows users to search for individuals, collections, single articles, and group.

This network is great for knowledge-sharing, bookmarking, browsing, informal learning, and research. Comment and share your thoughts about this network: how are you using Snip.it?

Netzwerken an.

Innovation et patrimoine alimentaire en espace rural

Innovation et patrimoine alimentaire en espace rural | Innovation and trends in tourism | Scoop.it

Sleeping Alternatives: Bunking with the Locals

Sleeping Alternatives: Bunking with the Locals | Innovation and trends in tourism | Scoop.it
These days, when I travel to Europe, I usually sleep in hotel rooms or bed-and-breakfasts. But in my early travel days, I routinely found places where I could sleep for free or very cheap. In Austria, I had "dear parents" who were actually the parents of my sister's ski instructor. In London, my hosts were friends of my uncle. Neither relationship was terribly close—until I visited. Now we are friends for life.

Pratique des touristes : le vélo en vacances

Pratique des touristes : le vélo en vacances | Innovation and trends in tourism | Scoop.it
