UK Ministers face inquiry over 20 million mugshots including images of innocent people stored by police | News for Discussion | Scoop.it
Ministers face a parliamentary inquiry over the storing by police of 20 million mugshots – including of many people not convicted of any crime – after a senior MP warned the practice raises “fundamental civil liberty issues”. 14-year-old put into isolation at school after shaving her head for charity | News for Discussion | Scoop.it

The teenager had donated her hair to the Little Princess Trust, an organisation which makes wigs for children who have lost their hair due to cancer.
