Very useful arduino project for plant, its a simple moisture level meter that will indicate 3 stages of soil state, wet, med and dry soil. The great function is that circuit is going into sleep mode to save energy every 8 sec and jus very shortly will blink a led when is detected wet or dry soil. parts used for this gadget are: -microcontroller Attiny85 -2x super capacitors 2.7v 10F - 3x leds red, yellow and green -resistors for leds x3 from 220ohms to 470ohms (for soil sensor -47mf capacitor 16v -56kohms resistor) -2 small solar garden panels each give around 2.5v
