Fabrice Rizzoli, docteur en sciences politiques sur les mafias italiennes, il enseigne dans différents établissements universitaires, Sciences-po Paris, HEIP, Catho de Lille. Il enseigne la Géopolitique critique des criminalités : quand le légal produit de l’illégal. il est auteur de "La mafia de A à Z. Crime organisé, mafias, antimafia: 160 définitions pour un état des lieux" (Tim Buctu, 2015). Il est co-fondateur et président de l’association Crim’HALT. Son dernier article est «La gangstérisation, une mondialisation des réseaux» dans le nouveau numéro de la revue Questions internationales de la documentation française dédiée à «la gangstérisation du monde».

Le référendum local est le seul outil qui permette aux citoyens, à l’échelle locale, de prendre des décisions politiques contraignantes pour leurs représentants. Longtemps marginal, il connaît aujourd’hui un regain d’intérêt, porté par une demande croissante de démocratie directe.
Dans le cadre des élections municipales de 2026, la participation citoyenne s’impose de nouveau comme un thème du débat local. Les candidats promettent d’associer davantage les habitants aux décisions qui concernent leur cadre de vie. Budgets participatifs, réunions publiques et plates-formes numériques font désormais partie du paysage municipal. Dans cet ensemble de dispositifs, le référendum local occupe une place singulière.
Il s’agit tout d’abord du seul outil prévu par la loi, avec une forme d’initiative indirecte, qui organise la participation citoyenne en dehors des élections. Son existence est non seulement détaillée dans le code des collectivités territoriales, mais il est même sacralisé dans la Constitution depuis 2003.

Face à l’essor de l’IA, les règles du marché du travail évoluent. Aujourd’hui, de plus en plus d’entreprises recherchent des candidats maîtrisant les outils d’automatisation et elles veulent s’assurer que les candidats possèdent réellement les compétences qu'ils revendiquent. Dans ce contexte, LinkedIn vient de lancer un programme de validation des connaissances en IA en collaboration avec plusieurs fournisseurs spécialisés dans ces technologies. Déployé aux Etats-Unis depuis le mois dernier, ce dispositif est en cours de déploiement à l'échelle mondiale en anglais. Sa disponibilité sur le marché français n'est pas encore communiquée.
