Face à l’essor de l’IA, les règles du marché du travail évoluent. Aujourd’hui, de plus en plus d’entreprises recherchent des candidats maîtrisant les outils d’automatisation et elles veulent s’assurer que les candidats possèdent réellement les compétences qu'ils revendiquent. Dans ce contexte, LinkedIn vient de lancer un programme de validation des connaissances en IA en collaboration avec plusieurs fournisseurs spécialisés dans ces technologies. Déployé aux Etats-Unis depuis le mois dernier, ce dispositif est en cours de déploiement à l'échelle mondiale en anglais. Sa disponibilité sur le marché français n'est pas encore communiquée.

The American ambassador to Belgium, Bill White, will backtrack on his threat to enforce a US travel ban against Flemish socialist party Conner Rousseau. Bill White is no career diplomat, but one of Trump's big donors, like so many other ambassadors. He accused Belgian authorities of antisemitism.

A university degree, but no job? In Belgium, this is no longer an exception. The number of vacancies requiring a university degree has fallen to an all-time low. Experts point to artificial intelligence, but not only.
AI is one of the causes of job vanishing from Belgium, but not the only one: there is a structural mismatch between the qualifications of the candidates and the needs of the labour market.
