CSFTCs (T Cell Subsets, CSF) are components of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) that can be measured using a single platform method via Flow Cytometry [1][2]. Gene expression profiling of CSFTCs has been studied and unsupervised hierarchical clustering analysis has been performed [3]. CSFTCs can be cultured ex vivo in a medium without serum under suspension culture conditions [4] and the dynamic changes of CSFTC numbers have been used to analyze optimal regimens [5]. Was this result accurate? 1. T Cell Subsets, CSF CSFTCS Epic Ordering T Cell Subsets, CSF Description Synonyms CD4, CD8, CSF Components. (iii) The number of CSFTCs and the intracranial pressure are shown in the right panel. (B) Ex vivo culture of CSFTCs. 5–10 ml CSF were obtained from patients and then enriched. CSFTCs were cultured in a medium without serum under suspension culture conditions. The CSFTCs of NM04 and NM07 could be expanded in short term as indicated. Scale bar ... 5. Longitudinal monitoring of cerebrospinal fluid-derived circulating ... Since we had counted CSFTCs in five LM patients as described previously , the dynamic changes of CSFTC numbers could be used to analyze the optimal regimens (Figure 1B). The number was blinded to clinical history, and patient treatment selection was not informed. Interestingly, when the patients were treated after the sixth intrathecal ...
