Stupid Meetings on the Rise: 6 Ways to Reel in Unproductive Time

Stupid Meetings on the Rise: 6 Ways to Reel in Unproductive Time | Management - Leadership | Scoop.it
Feel like you’re spending more time in stupid meetings again?

James Schreier's insight:

What really irritates me about this is that we know there are ways to improve meetings -- yet we don't do it.  And we ignore evidence like what's quoted here on the cost of this wasted time!

James Schreier's insight:

This has been an issue for decades -- likely longer than that.  When I was actively presenting management training workshops to dozens of organizations, I was surprised how many would "shortcut," cancel, "or not even consider" training their managers.
