Rhode Island has just become the 4th state to officially call for a U.S. constitutional amendment:

Who is bluffing? Left or right, or both?

The conservatives, Pro Israel Americans, hawks, Sean Hannity and Glenn Beck and some Christian fundamentalists portray military threats to the United States as the great challenge to the United States. Most recently, Beck has talked about an EMP attack against the United States. He did not invent the idea, nor did the author he is presently promoting.

MSNBC Whacks Romney for Failing to Dismiss 'Treason' Talk; But In '08, Obama Failed to Dismiss 'Treason' Talk on....MSNBC | NewsBusters.org | Electile Dysfunction | Scoop.it

On MSNBC's Ed Show on Monday night, Ed Schultz attacked Mitt Romney for failing to disagree emphatically with a voter who said Obama should be tried for treason. "For all his faults, at least John McCain [in 2008] had the guts to talk down the crazy. Four years later, the presumptive nominee of the Republican Party doesn't have the character or leadership skills to correct conspiracy theories on the road at an event? Romney didn't address the treason accusation at an event until a reporter grilled him about it."

Ron Gaydos is an economic and policy consultant in Pittsburgh. He wrote this with input from Coffee Party PA, Occupy Pittsburgh and other community activists.

Governing bodies coast to coast are joining the movement to reverse Citizens United, to distinguish human from corporate rights and to demand transparency in corporate political spending. Both the Pittsburgh and Allegheny County councils have stepped up in recent months with resolutions supporting the movement.

Last night, driving home from the gym, I caught a minute-long segment of Michael Savage with which I actually agreed. It starts about 5:50 in the recording below. (I provide it simply for proof.) Basically, he rants that the best bread and coffee are in liberal havens like Berkeley and the worst are in conservative places like Waco. Thus, he concludes, one must forsake good bread in the places one wants to live.

The bad boycotts, secondary boycotts, target an organization that is related to an organization that has done something wrong—
