Very interesting read...an excellent reframe on depression as seen in this quote: Depression, while seemingly a hinderance to a healthy and happy life, is really a balancing act that helps us focus on the areas where we need to improve most.

This is one mans story of using mindful meditation on a journey to greater health. It is a summary of Danny Penman and Mark William's award-winning book called ‘Mindfulness – An 8-week plan for finding peace in a frantic world’. This is a great book on mindfulness.
