Northlight Heritage provides professional services to support clients, partners and stakeholders to achieve successful sustainable outcomes during development and in the preservation, conservation and enhancement of archaeology and the historic...
Firstly, a big thank you to everyone who came along to our session on Open Source Software for Archaeology at the Scotlands Community Heritage Conference at Birnam. What a fantastic weekend! For those of you who didn't make it or missed out on the pre-loaded data sticks, here's what we gave out. Please feel free to take our documents and use as you please - distribute, remix and share with others. Apologies for the jumbo file sizes - zipped folders are a rather inelegant solution - I shall endeavour to improve on this and add more content and advice notes over the coming weeks. Both PC's and Macs have built in Zip support so you should be able to open them by double clicking on the file once it's downloaded. Alternatively, you could use 7zip or Winzip's trial software for PC's or try Stuffit for Mac. Have fun!

The oiled hinges are of Swedish steel with invisible rivets and the whole construction is remarkably durable. If you value precision, quality and design this is the folding ruler for you.
