Ces diplômés de Polytechnique, de l’Epita, d’Epitech ou de l’Eisti travaillant dans des start-up mais aussi à la Nasa, chez Google, Amazon ou le coréen KT. À part quelques vétérans, la plupart d’entre eux étaient de nouveaux arrivants.

C’est que la pénurie de compétences est un sujet quotidien en Californie, les patrons s’y disputent les meilleurs talents numériques de la planète. "Ici, tout le monde recrute. Et chacun a sa chance", rappelle Sylvain Kalache, le cofondateur de While42 San Francisco, une association d’ingénieurs high-tech français.
