I believe the ability to create, re-engineer, and sustain cultures of leadership is the single most critical skill set leaders of tomorrow need to possess. Failures of organizations and lives rests squarely on the shoulders of cultures within organizations, systems, and even families, that don't promote the importance of core values, humility, discipline, self-awareness, or understanding human behavior for example.
