I always believe that the best sites and web tools are the simplest, and this is certainly the case with Phonetizer. It's a really easy to use tool that takes and text and adds the phonetic spelling below it.

As much as I love Prezi and will avoid using PowerPoint ever again, I wonder how quickly students can pick up the skills (even from the 1-2-3 at http://prezi.com/learn/ ) to create an effective presentation without going overboard on visual aids. Most of our courses are only 10 weeks and I just mentioned Prezi as an excellent alternative but not for our upcoming seminars in just over a week's time. So how long did it take your students to pick up Prezi?

I was looking for it. Thank you. I am not familiar with this type of tools, but I need to use it for my data analysis for the first time. Do you know if it is better than atlas.it or not? Thank you very much.

Its advanced speech recognition give students instant feedback on every word and sentence. Color-coded so that they can focus on the red words, and try to improve them (It is pretty nice). Proprietary scoring logic that is tuned for non-native English speakers. Speak so that others can understand them. |
Now I'm the king of the swingers
Oh, the jungle VIP
I've reached the top and had to stop
And that's what's botherin' me
I wanna be a man, mancub yeah
And stroll right into town
I wanna be just like the other men
I'm tired of monkeyin' around!
