This is an online tool for adding time line based text annotations to online video. The tool then converts these to and FLV file and sends them to you. Great for instructional video projects.

Too confusing. Not much written on the website. 14 minute instructional video in the application itself is too long. Tried it with 2 YouTube videos. Nice idea, but maybe a bit premature for teaching in a practical setting.
