ALBUQUERQUE – Alexander M.M. Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, and Eric McLoughlin, Acting Special Agent in Charge of Homeland Security Investigations - El Paso, announced that Jason Ross-Lattion Fleming was sentenced to 45 years in prison.

TULSA, Okla. – U.S. District Judge John D. Russell, sentenced Carlos Caraballo, 28, of Bellport, New York, to 324 months of imprisonment, followed by lifetime supervision for Sexual Abuse of a Minor in Indian Country and Production of Child Pornography.

The Defendant Received an Enhanced Sentence for Producing Child Pornography Depicting the Sexual Abuse of a Minor

BROWNSVILLE, Texas – A 34-year-old Weslaco man has been sentenced for possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a child, announced U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani.

ASHLAND, Ky. – An Ashland man, William Lucas Ferguson, 28, was sentenced on Monday, by U.S. District Judge David Bunning, to 45 years in prison, for two counts of producing child pornography.

COVINGTON, Ky. – A Morehead, Ky., man, Andrew Zaheri, 40, pleaded guilty on Wednesday, before U.S. District Judge David Bunning, to production of child pornography.

LEXINGTON, Ky. – A Lexington man, Kevin Daniel Lentz, 49, was sentenced on Thursday, by U.S. District Judge Karen C. Caldwell, to 30 years in prison, for the production and possession of child pornography.

FRESNO, Calif. — Andrew James Sarnowski, 25, of Rosamond, was sentenced today to 40 years in prison, for production, distribution, and receipt of material involving the sexual exploitation of minors, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.

LEXINGTON, Ky. — A Lexington man, Mayank Patel, 58, was sentenced on Monday, by U.S. District Judge Karen Caldwell, to 38 years in federal prison, for production and distribution of child pornography.  

HONOLULU – Senior United States District Judge Susan O. Mollway sentenced Alden Bunag, 35, of Honolulu, to 210 months in prison and 15 years of supervised release for production of child pornography.

Jackson, Miss. – A Vicksburg man was sentenced in federal court to serve a total of 50 years in prison, followed by a lifetime of supervised release, for production of child pornography and possession of child pornography.

ST. LOUIS – U.S. District Judge Audrey G. Fleissig on Thursday sentenced a man from Lincoln County, Missouri caught trying to make and sell “spy videos” of teenage girls to 17 and one-half years in prison. 

A St. Joseph, Mo., man who produced pornographic images of three child victims and shared them online was sentenced in federal court today for producing and possessing child pornography.

DAVENPORT, Iowa – A Keokuk man was sentenced on February 27, 2024 to 720 months in federal prison for Producing, Receiving, and Possessing Child Pornography. 

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Alyssa Danielle Seabolt, 26, of Murphy, N.C., was sentenced today to 18 years in prison followed by a lifetime of supervised release for production of child pornography, announced Dena J. King, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina.

LEXINGTON, Ky. – A Somerset, Ky., man, Johnathan Fitzgerald Cannada, 41, was sentenced on Tuesday, by U.S. District Judge Karen K. Caldwell, to 28 years in prison, for production of child pornography.  

MISSOULA -- A Billings man who admitted to coercing a minor girl in New York to make and send him sexually explicit images of herself was sentenced today to 20 years in prison, to be followed by a lifetime of supervised release, U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich said.

Burlington, Vermont – The Office of the United States Attorney for the District of Vermont stated that on February 9, 2024, George Casey, 33, of Colchester, Vermont, was sentenced in United States District Court in Burlington, Vermont, to serve 262 months in prison after pleading guilty to one count of production of child pornography (also known as child sexual abuse material, or CSAM), and one count of possession of CSAM.

CAPE GIRARDEAU – The U.S. Attorney's Office announced that Tony Ray Waites, 47, of Piedmont, Missouri, was sentenced Tuesday by U.S. District Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh, Jr. to 30 years in federal prison for the offense of production of child pornography.

GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA – Justin Ray Crosby, 25, of Hawthorne, Florida, was sentenced to 320 months imprisonment for one count of production of child pornography and 240 months imprisonment for one count of distribution of child pornography, the terms to run concurrent with each other.

DAVENPORT, Iowa – A Moline man was sentenced January 18, 2024, to 25 years in federal prison for Producing, Possessing, and being in Receipt of Child Pornography.

DAVENPORT, Iowa – A Davenport man was sentenced on January 16, 2024, to 100 years in federal prison for Producing, Distributing, and Possessing Child Pornography. There is no parole in the federal system.

MADISON, WIS. – Timothy M. O’Shea, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Robert D. Sutton, Jr., 52, Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge William M. Conley to 18 years in prison for producing child pornography.

ASHLAND, Ky. – An Ashland man, Jonathan Michael Whitt, 35, was sentenced on Monday, to 30 years in prison, by U.S. District Judge David Bunning, for production of child pornography.
