A Montgomery County jury has found Donald Eugene Goss Jr., 42, guilty of sexually assaulting an unconscious woman and sentenced him to 50 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice following a two-day trial. The verdict was returned July 14, 2026, after the trial before Judge Phil Grant in the 9th District Court. The assault occurred July 13, 2024.
