London's Old Vic theatre has reached an out-of-court settlement with actor Ruari Cannon, who alleges he was sexually assaulted by Kevin Spacey in 2013. The confidential settlement between Mr Cannon and the Old Vic was agreed without any admission of liability from the theatre. Mr Cannon is pursuing a separate High Court claim against Kevin Spacey, who denies the allegations of sexual assault. Two other anonymous men are also taking legal action against Mr Spacey, alleging abuse between 2000 and 2015.
