The #MeToo movement ignited nearly a year and a half ago after a New York Times investigation exposed numerous sexual harassment allegations against Harvey Weinstein. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission saw a 13.6 percent increase in the number of workers alleging sexual harassment over the last fiscal year. The agency is now turning to industry leaders to help address the issue.
