These are some great tips on how to leverage social media to find a job. The one that I found most interesting is probably the most relevant one, and the one that the least amount of people actually tell you with this spin: who you know can get you hired. This isn't referring to someone you know getting you a job, though. It's about your future employer wanting access to your (hopefully) extensive network of connections online and off.
Of course, the classic be present, don't be stupid, and display your expertise (#humblebrag) should never be forgotten.
