The temps have been overwhelming, it's been so hot and muggy. Our AC's have been running on overtime.
Do you have a smart thermostat?
We love our ecobee smart thermostat. We can turn up the temp when we leave and then use our smart phone to cool down before we get home.

The Brevard County Appraisers office started cracking down on homestead fraud in 2019. With the advancement of technology, I am sure the system is even sophisticated with tracking down fraudulent claims for homestead exemptions.
