Saint-Gobain has been certified as a "Top Employer Global" for the seventh consecutive year.

Among the 20 criteria analyzed by the Top Employers Institute*, Saint-Gobain made significant progress this year on 17 of them, with 12 criteria showing an increase of 2% or more. 

Each year, the Multi Comfort Student Contest invites architecture and engineering students to undertake a development project while respecting the vision for an innovative living space that complies with the most demanding regulations.

Saint-Gobain is embarking on a new digital experience in order to further encourage internal mobility and more effectively meet the expectations of candidates and employees in terms of recruitment.

Internal mobility for employees will be made easier with the Moov! platform, and the Join Us recruitment site will offer a better experience for outside candidates.

Both of these sites, which are linked to the same Application Tracking System (ATS), were initially rolled out in France and the United Kingdom, and will be expanded to other countries in the Group in 2021.

This recruitment tool and its new application and talent management features will benefit everyone: employees, managers, human resources teams and outside candidates.

On Friday, October 9th, virtually took place the Saint-Gobain’s V.I.E. Young Talent Awards ceremony. Like a Cesars’ ceremony, 6 young talents who completed their V.I.E. this year at Saint-Gobain were presented with a trophy by executive’s members of the Group.

This global study enabled all employees of the Group to give feedback about what it is like to work for Saint-Gobain. Its objective is to understand and improve the employee experience at Saint-Gobain; not only at Saint-Gobain Group level but also in the employee-specific work environment level.

An impressive participation!

This global study enables all employees of the Group to give feedback about what it is like to work for Saint-Gobain. Its objective is to understand and improve the employee experience at Saint-Gobain; not only at Saint-Gobain Group level but also in the employee-specific work environment level.

This global engagement survey is proposed for the second year to Saint-Gobain employees and, despite a difficult context, the participation rate is remarkable: 78% of respondents, corresponding to 155,390 employees. An increase of 4% over last year.
