Selling a home takes a lot of hard work. Sometimes lifes circumstances dictate selling a home empty. Maybe you are getting transfered and have to bring your possessions with you right away.
People often wonder if this will be a problem? Does selling an empty home cause major issues? Will the buyer not be able to get past seeing a home without furniture?
The long and short of this situation is maybe yes, maybe no. There are times when selling a home vacant is a good thing and other times selling it staged makes sense. Sometimes it just boils down to dollars and sense.
